Renders a demo-assemble collection.json — a cut picker across the named variants with a VideoPlayer for the selected one
The picker reads as "which version", not "which video" — every tab is one edit of the same
demo. Selecting a cut remounts the VideoPlayer with a fresh source + poster.
Pass cut="exec" to open on a specific variant.
